Meet The Founder
Founded by Sarah Kube, SOAR Pediatric Developmental Therapy, LLC is the result of a desire and vision to provide high quality home and community-based pediatric therapy. Sarah graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with her master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology. Since graduating, Sarah has had the opportunity to work in various pediatric settings including early intervention, outpatient clinics, and schools. She also has experience providing teletherapy services. Sarah specializes in language development, articulation/phonological disorders, feeding, and augmentative and alternative communication. Sarah has various certifications and trainings in AAC, oral motor treatment, and language development. When not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband Seth and children, Logan and Elijah.

Samantha Dittmer, OTD, OTR/L
Hello! My name is Samantha Dittmer. I completed my doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy at Slippery Rock University. I have experience in outpatient pediatrics, school based pediatrics, and feeding therapy. I am a wife and a mom of 2. In my free time enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and baking. I am passionate about helping our little ones reach their full potential!
Megan Klein, MS CCC-SLP
My name is Megan Klein. I have 7 years of experience working with pediatrics ranging from early intervention to school aged clients. I maintain competency with every client I work with. I grew up on a dairy farm and have recently been married. I enjoy reading, coloring, and exercising. I am full of optimism and thrive on helping others!
Kara Brown, OTR/L
Kara earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. Following graduation, she had the unique opportunity to practice in diverse settings across the United States while supporting her husband’s service in the United States Army.
Throughout her career, Kara has gained experience in outpatient hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and school-based consulting and teletherapy services. As a mother of four children, Kara has spent the past decade immersed in the everyday realities of child development. Her personal experience as a parent, combined with her professional background, fuels her passion for supporting young children and families.
In addition to her clinical work, Kara holds a Master of Business Administration and applies that expertise in the real estate field. When she is not working with SOAR or managing real estate ventures, you can find her at the hockey rink cheering on her kids, weight training or diving into her latest home-improvement project.
